Origin Stories

I can see the connections more clearly looking back. At the time, I was following my curiosity, learning what I needed along the way, and figuring out what came next.

Some things I made became places to live and work. Others spent years put away before I could see what they might become. Each changed how I understood materials, what I felt capable of making, and what I wanted to explore.

Looking back, I can trace a path through these projects to the sculptures I make today. These are the stories of how that work took shape.
